What our team have to say:
My first week was full of personal development. Management made sure to find out my appreciation language and how I would respond best to encouragement and support. Short-term and long-term goals were set up for personal, professional, financial and social aspects of my life and we discussed ways that we could achieve each of these. I felt very supported through this entire initial process.
I love the amount of time and dedication other team members take to help me pursue my own goals. When starting here everyone is made aware of which direction you want your career to go to and they will do anything they can to help you reach your goals.
I love the positive and supportive team culture! Being a recent new graduate, I have experienced first hand the outstanding guidance and mentorship that the Prime Physio team provides to help kickstart your career!
In my first week I remember it was a very exciting and daunting time to finally be working as a physio with clients. However, with the support of the team around me I felt comfortable and knew that I could always ask questions if I needed help.
The induction process at Prime Physio is amazing! The 0 to 100 days induction provides a structured program that targets both clinical and non-clinical skills. I found this highlyvaluable to build my confidence when treating a challenging client.
