Doncaster East:

  • Front door (Blackburn Rd) next to Miku Japanese Restaurant. Take the flight of stairs up to level 1
  • Back door (Rear Laneway) - ramp access

NOTE: If stairs are an issue, please use the back door

 

Templestowe:

  • Front door next to the 5D Health and Fitness Gym. Take the flight of stairs up to level 1.

 

Parking

Doncaster East Clinic: There is ample free 2 hour parking at the REAR of the Donburn strip of Shops.

 

Templestowe Clinic: There is unrestricted free parking at the FRONT of the 5D Health & Fitness Gym.

This is a shared parking lot for Prime Physiotherapy clients as well as 5DHF clients.
